Diet Plans Basic
Contrary to popular myths our bodies need fat. Now don’t get me wrong. As I have mentioned in other articles too much of anything is bad but we can, and do, lean to one macronutrient over another. As well as breaking down the vitamins A, D, E, and K (fat soluble vitamins) we also need fat for energy purposes. At the same time it would be wise to consume carbs and proteins as well. Any diet where either carbs, proteins or fats are significantly raised or lowered is not a healthy one. Our bodies need all of these in order to work properly. We can tend to lean more strongly towards one or another but we shouldn’t forsake the rest. Each have their own functions as well as positives and negatives.
This diet would benefit those who have weak will power or who don’t have the time or patience to prepare too many meals. It is good if you are only used to eating 3 times a day. This diet is also beneficial for eating out whether in restaurants, at relatives, or at parties and socials.

Toy for Pet
There are so many types of toys available to purchase and it is a good idea to have a variety of toys available for your pet to play with. That way they will not get bored quickly. All pets need toys, even the smallest or the largest ones. Hamsters, gerbils, rats, rabbits, dogs, cats and even large pets such as horses need some form of entertainment! So how do you know what to purchase?
Generally, dogs love a variety of toys such as balls, teddies, rubber toys, and tug of war ropes. If you need to keep them occupied for a while, then you should try the "Kong" range of toys. These are basically solid rubber toys that have a hole in them that you fill with something tasty. Your dog will spend hours trying to lick the treat out of the Kong toy and it will keep them occupied whilst you go out or if you need to leave the room for any reason. Having a small toy box for your dog is definitely a good idea and they can then get their toys whenever they want to.
Cats love toys that they can chase and catch. Wind up mice and balls attached on a string hanging from scratching posts are very popular. You can also purchase fluffy toys and balls. Cats tend to love things that have different textures so it is not surprising to find toys that feel different such as fluffy toys, soft toys, plastic balls and even foil type toys. They also love toys that make a noise so you should keep that in mind when you are choosing the best ones.

Why should I walk? Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise to get into. You don’t need any special equipment, just a pair of comfortable shoes. There are no new techniques to learn, since you already know how to walk. Walking is a very low impact activity, that doesn’t put much stress on your joints. You can start out at any pace that is comfortable to you and walk for as long as you’d like. Over time you will gradually increase the intensity of your walking workout by walking for longer periods of time, increasing the speed as well as the incline you walk at.
What should I keep in mind when purchasing a PEDOMETER? You can spend anywhere from $10 - $100 and more for a PEDOMETER. A basic model will work just fine, as long as it tracks your steps accurately. Basic models may only give you the number of steps you walked, while more advanced models will also calculate the distance walked, calories burnt and usually also keep track of several days worth of walking. Some even come with some tracking software you can use on your computer. It will be up to you to decide how many bells and whistles you would like on your PEDOMETER.
How do I wear the PEDOMETER properly? There are two ways to wear a PEDOMETER that have been working well for me and have given me very accurate results. The first is to wear the PEDOMETER on your belt or directly on your waistband right over your front pocket. The PEDOMETER should be in line with your foot. The second option is to clip the PEDOMETER to the top of your shoe. On the side, right below my ankle is the most comfortable position for me. Some people also get good results by carrying the PEDOMETER in their back pocket or clipping it to their waistband on their side. Try something that seems comfortable to you and walk 100 steps. If your count and the PEDOMETERs count are within 5 steps of each other, you’re in good shape.

Most people think they are not constipated because they have a bowel movement almost every day, accomplished without straining. Moreover, many believe that by having a bowel movement once a week they are not constipated. Nothing could be further from the truth. In theory, we should have one bowel movement for every meal we ingest in a day. If you only have one bowel movement per day, in the long run, you’ll have a clogged colon.
